Abstract: In the field of artificial intelligence, DeepSeek and OpenAI, as outstanding representatives of China and the United States respectively, are leading the wave of the next generation of global industrial transformation. Intellectual property plays a crucial role in stimulating innovation, promoting cooperation and facilitating economic development. Its importance as a strategic resource for the country and a core element of international competitiveness is becoming increasingly prominent. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of the two from multiple dimensions, including technological innovation, intellectual property layout and ecological construction, so as to provide beneficial enlightenment and suggestions for the development of China’s artificial intelligence industry.
