Comparative Analysis of Open Government Data Research at Domestic and Abroad Based on Bibliometrics

摘要: 随着信息时代的到来,开放政府数据在国家乃至国际层面都具有重大意义。对比分析国内外开放政府数据的研究进展,有助于拓展我国在该领域的研究视角。本文以国内外开放政府数据领域的期刊论文为研究对象,利用文献计量法和知识图谱可视化分析方法,对知网和Web of Science 数据库中的期刊论文进行定量分析,深入挖掘国内外开放政府数据领域的研究主题以及热点主题演化路径,得到国内外研究发展历经的主要阶段。分析结果表明国外在开放政府数据领域的研究起步较早;通过分析国内外研究主题和趋势,发现我国对开放政府数据质量的研究缺乏细化的评估模型,学术界应关注开放政府数据平台研究。

Abstract: With the advent of the information age, opening government data has become increasingly significant at the national and even international levels. A comparative analysis of the research progress of open government data at domestic and abroad is helpful in expanding the research perspective in this field in China. This paper takes the journal papers in the field of open government data at domestic and abroad as the research object, uses the bibliometric method and the visualization analysis method of knowledge graph to conduct a quantitative analysis of the journal papers in the CNKI and Web of Science database. It deeply explores research hotspots, and topic evolution path in the field of open government data at domestic and abroad, as well as identifies the main stages of research development at domestic and abroad. The results indicate that research in the field of open government data began earlier in foreign countries. Through analyzing the research themes and trends at domestic and abroad, it has been concluded that research on the data quality of open government in China lacks a detailed evaluation model. What’s more, attention should be paid to the research of open government data platforms.
