我国智能网联汽车产业专利合作网络结构及演化研究

摘要:

以我国智能网联汽车产业为研究对象,基于1985—2021年智能网络汽车产业中创新主体合作申请的专利数据,运用社会网络分析法构建专利合作网络,从网络密度、平均长度、中心度等指标对智能网联汽车产业专利合作网络进行测度及演化分析。研究发现:我国智能网联汽车产业专利合作网络整体创新效率不高,没有较大的核心团体;专利合作网络规模不断扩大,网络密度不断下降,创新主体之间的专利合作较为松散;清华大学、山东省科学院自动化研究所、重庆交通大学以及丰田自动车株式会所等创新主体处在网络中信息流通的关键位置;重点技术领域专利布局相对较少。基于此,建议政府制定指导政策鼓励产业研发;鼓励创新主体拓展合作的广度和深度;发挥高校在合作过程中的关键作用优化产学研合作模式;加强云平台大数据等重点技术的布局,共同推动智能网联汽车产业的发展。

Abstract:

Taking China's intelligent connected vehicle industry as the research object, based on the intelligent connected vehicle industry cooperation application for invention patent data from 1985 to 2021, using social network analysis method to build a patent cooperation network, from the network density, average length, centrality and other indicators to intelligent network Measure and analyze the evolution of the patent cooperation network of intelligent connected vehicle industry. The research found that: the overall innovation efficiency of China’s intelligent connected vehicle industry patent cooperation network is not high, there is no large core group, and the cooperation is relatively loose; the scale of patent cooperation network continues to expand, but the network density continues to decline, and the patent cooperation between innovative entities There is still a lot of room for development; innovative entities such as Tsinghua University, the Institute of Automation of Shandong Academy of Sciences, Chongqing Jiaotong University, and Toyota Motor are in key positions of information flow in the network; the patent layout in key technical fields is relatively small. In this regard, it is recommended that the government formulate guiding policies to encourage industrial research and development; encourage innovative entities to expand the breadth and depth of cooperation; give full play to the key and core role of universities in there search and development process of cooperation, and optimize the mode of industry-university-research cooperation; strengthen the
layout of key technologies such as cloud platform big data to jointly promote the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry.
