全球心肌损伤修复领域发展态势分析

摘要: 本文以论文和专利代表心肌损伤修复领域科技创新成果,深入分析全球心肌损伤修复领域竞争态势和研发趋势,为我国研判相关领域发展形势提供借鉴。研究发现,全球心肌损伤修复领域发表论文和申请专利的数量总体呈现增长趋势。美国是该领域的佼佼者,中国的研发实力有待于进一步提升。美国和中国相关研究成果数量分列全球第一和第二位。美国论文和专利的影响力均十分突出,且核心论文和核心专利数量居全球首位。中国论文和专利的综合影响力不及欧美等发达国家/地区,但核心论文和核心专利数量仅次于美国。德国、日本和意大利等发达国家的论文影响力或专利影响力较为突出。该领域主要研发机构以发达国家的企业和大学为主,中国企业参与较少。美国的华盛顿大学、麻省理工学院、杜克大学和哈佛大学发表论文数量较多且论文影响力较高,美国的美力敦公司和雅培心血管系统公司等机构申请的专利数量较多且专利价值较高。心肌损伤修复领域的研究热点包括细胞修复、生物材料开发和心肌损伤修复机理研究等。核心论文和核心专利的研究内容也主要围绕干细胞诱导分化机理、水凝胶和纳米等新型材料开发等。该领域未来将以跨学科发展为主。

Abstract:

The field of myocardial injury repair is developing rapidly and attracts attention from all over the world. The papers and patents represent the scientific and technological innovations in the field of myocardial injury repair, and this paper analyzed the global competition situation and research development trends in the field of myocardial injury repair, providing a reference for the research and judgment of the development situation in related fields in China. The number of published papers and patent applications in the field of myocardial injury repair around the world is generally increasing. The United States is a leader in this field, and China's R&D capabilities need to be further improved. The United States and China rank first and second in the world in terms of the number of related research results. The influence of American papers and patents is very prominent, and the number of core papers and core patents ranks first in the world. The comprehensive influence of Chinese papers and patents is less than that of developed countries/regions such as Europe and the United States, but the number of core papers and core patents is second only to the United States. The influence of papers or patents in developed countries such as Germany, Japan and Italy are more prominent. The main R&D institutions in this field are mainly companies and universities in developed countries, and Chinese companies are less involved. The University of Washington, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Duke University and Harvard University in the United States have published a large number of papers and their influence is high. Institutions such as Melitron and Abbott Cardiovascular Systems in the United States have applied for a large number of patents and the patent value is higher. Research hotspots in the field of myocardial injury repair include cell repair, biomaterial development, and mechanism research on myocardial injury repair. The research contents of core papers and core patents also mainly focus on the mechanism of inducing differentiation of stem cells, and the development of new materials such as hydrogels and nanometers. In the future, interdisciplinary development will be the main focus.
