摘要:

强化基础研究提升源头创新能力是党中央做出的重大战略决策。研究全球磁共振成像基础研究的现状,将有助于我国突破高端装备卡脖子的技术难题。鉴于工程技术论文是磁共振成像基础研究的主要成果形式,本文利用CiteSpace软件对由Web of Science数据库中工程和仪器仪表两个学科分类下的17110篇论文进行知识挖掘和可视化展示,并结合专家智慧分析磁共振成像基础研究的研究热度变化、重点研究主题、热门技术领域和前沿技术方向。最终,从全球磁共振基础研究的现状和趋势出发,提出我国发展磁共振高端装备的三点建议:重视机遇研判和顶层规划,加强政府主导下的协同创新体系;聚焦基础研究和共性技术,强化重点产品研发和重大疾病保障;瞄准精准医疗和智能医疗,加快抢占科技和产业制高点。

Abstract:

Strengthening basic research to enhance the ability of source innovation is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee. Studying the status quo of global basic research on magnetic resonance imaging will help our country to break through the technical problem of high-end equipment stuck in the neck. Engineering technical papers are the main form of achievement in basic research. Papers in engineering and instrumentation disciplines are measured and visualized using CiteSpace, to investigate changes in research interest, key research topics, hot technical areas, and cutting-edge technology directions for basic research on magnetic resonance imaging. Finally, three suggestions are put forward to empower the innovation and development of magnetic resonance in our country, including that pay attention to opportunity research and top-level planning, strengthening the collaborative innovation system under the leadership of the government; focusing on basic research and common technologies, and strengthen key product research and development and insurance for major diseases; aim at precision medicine and intelligent medicine, and speed up to seize the commanding heights of technology and industry, based on the current status and trends of the global basic research on magnetic resonance applications.
