摘要: 光芯片是未来新一代信息产业的基础设施和核心支撑。本文聚焦光芯片领域,采用“方向—定位—路径”的分析思路,通过产业环境、产业现状、专利态势和布局分析,厘清光芯片研发与产业化发展基础和条件,基于调研和专家咨询,把握未来技术和产业化前瞻性布局,找准未来发展方向。在此基础上,本文剖析我国光芯片发展存在的机遇及可能面临的风险挑战,提出相应的知识产权发展建议:1)梯次布局谋划未来产业发展,在高速率光芯片、车用激光雷达芯片、硅光电子芯片和VCSEL激光器芯片等当前热门应用领域强链、补链,突破关键技术,在光计算、光量子等未来前瞻性应用领域突破技术瓶颈,积极引导产业布局;2)构建覆盖创新全链条全周期的光芯片产业知识产权服务平台;3)加强光芯片领域海外专利布局;4)引导光芯片创新主体构建多维度知识产权保护策略。

Abstract: Optical chips are the infrastructure and core support of the new generation of information industry in the future. This paper focused on the field of optical chips, using the method of "direction - positioning - path", clarified the foundation and conditions for the development of optical chips through the analysis of industrial environment, industrial status, patent situation and layout. The paper grasped the forward-looking layout of future technology and industrialization based on research and expert consultation, and identified the future development direction. On this basis, the paper analyzed the opportunities, risks and challenges in the development of optical chips in China, and put forward corresponding suggestions for intellectual property development: (1) Echelon layout planning for future industrial development, in the hot fields such as high-speed optical chips, automotive lidar chip, silicon optoelectronic chip and VCSEL laser chip, we need strengthen and complement chain, break through key technologies. In the prospective application fields such as optical computing, optical quantum, we need actively guide industrial layout. (2) Build an intellectual property service platform of optical chips industry which cover the whole cycle of the innovation chain. (3) Strengthen the overseas patent layout in the field of optical chips. (4) Guide optical chips innovation entities to build multidimensional intellectual property protection strategies.
