基于PatSnap数据库的医疗领域脑机接口技术专利分析

摘要: 当今社会正迈入信息大数据时代,人工智能、人机交互等科学研究成为信息技术创新领域的研究热点。其中,脑机接口技术是医、理、工等多学科交叉的研究重点。为全方位探讨全球脑机接口在医疗领域技术发展情况,本研究开展了基于PatSnap专利数据库分析平台的脑机接口在医疗领域的专利分析,利用专利数据挖掘2003—2023年脑机接口在医疗领域申请的相关专利文献并对其申请趋势、申请地域、技术领域与主要申请人进行可视化分析。结果表明,脑机接口已经从科学理论研究走到了技术爆发的阶段;美国脑机接口在医疗领域的专利申请量最多,中国尚需增强该领域核心技术的研发和创新能力;全球大量公司企业加大对脑机接口领域的技术研发投入,高校和科研机构也积极展开关键技术研究和应用实践;但伦理与安全、高额研发成本等问题,对专利发展态势造成一定的影响。本文通过对全球脑机接口技术在医疗领域的专利信息进行系统性的分析,揭示了其在医疗领域的技术发展趋势、核心技术布局、行业内的领先者和竞争态势等关键信息,为解决脑机接口技术发展与应用将会面临的问题提供参考,为推动关键技术创新和制定高质量人才培养策略贡献了新方案。

Abstract: Today's society is entering the era of information big data, and scientific research such as artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction has become a research hotspot in the field of information technology innovation. Among them, brain-computer interface technology is the focus of interdisciplinary research in medicine, science and engineering. In order to comprehensively explore the technological development of global BCI in the medical field, this study carried out patent analysis of BCI in the medical field based on PatSnap patent database analysis platform. Based on the patent data, the relevant patent documents of brain-computer interface applications in the medical field from 2003 to 2023 are mined, and the application trend, application region, technical field and main applicants are visually analyzed. The results show that brain-computer interface has gone from scientific theoretical research to the stage of technological explosion; The United States has the largest number of patent applications for brain-computer interfaces in the medical field, and China still needs to enhance the research and development and innovation capabilities of core technologies in this field. A large number of companies around the world have increased their investment in technology research and development in the field of brain-computer interface, and universities and scientific research institutions have also actively carried out research and application of key technologies. However, issues such as ethics and safety, high research and development costs, have a certain impact on the development trend of patents. By systematically analyzing the patent information of global BCI technology in the medical field, this paper reveals key information such as its technological development trend, core technology layout, industry leaders and competitive situation in the medical field, providing reference for solving the problems to be faced in the development and application of BCI technology. New programs have been contributed to the promotion of key technology innovation and the development of high-quality talent training strategies.
